For more than 38 years, technology has been both my profession and my passion. Throughout my career in telecommunications, I've had the privilege of working with engineers, technicians, project managers, and customers to design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot communication networks that connect people around the world. My goal is to take what I've learned over nearly four decades and explain it in a practical, easy-to-understand way that helps others build confidence and deepen their understanding of technology.
